FSED HPE “The Chuvash State University named after I. N. Ulyanov” leads international cooperation in region and international clauses.
The International Cooperation Department deals with making contacts with educational establishments abroad, organizing international student and professor swap.
The aim of the Department work is arranging contacts in the form of international conferences seminars and courses, student and professor swap. There are educational programs for foreign students and trainee doctors. Over the long term professors and teachers will have a possibility to go abroad for advanced training, studying for getting some international experience, working out new educational courses and programs. The students will be able to go abroad for studying, manufacturing practice and training.
Aims of the International Cooperation Department:

the establishment of partner contacts with foreign universities;

creation of possibilities for students, post-graduate students and teachers to be trained and get advanced training abroad;

habituation with foreign higher schools and enterprises;

habituation with foreign culture and history; carrying out joint scientific researches;

recruitment and sending of experts for scientific work, training and for participation in the international scientific conferences;

reception of foreign experts;

student swap for training;

education of foreign students;
-
publication of higher school scientists’ works in foreign editions.
